How we start
Start with a Soil Test.
Gardeners test the soil before they plant anything. In two to three weeks, we’ll show you where your organization still depends on you, and what it would take to change that.
$3,500. If the honest answer is “you don’t need us yet,” we’ll say so.
The Soil Test includes:
- A 90-minute founder interview
- A short, anonymous survey of your leadership team
- A review of your public presence and core growth numbers
- A 90-minute readout of your Founder Dependency Map: your score across Roots, Trunk, and Branches, the three highest-leverage changes, and a first look at your unique potential
