Why I’m sharing what I’ve learned

Former guitar player, writer, CEO, now a growth consultant. I’m not starting with a product. I’m starting with ideas, for anyone who wants to scale something in a healthy, sustainable way.

My name’s Craig. I’m a former guitar player and musician, turned writer, turned CEO, and now a growth consultant with my own company, Green Thumb Consulting.

I was off social media for almost ten years. What I missed was having an algorithm that would show me things I was actually interested in, from well-meaning people, and the funny stuff people say online. My wife and I would sit up at night watching the videos people sent her, and I realized I was missing that laughter. So I got back on, and honestly it’s been good for me. I’ve been enjoying it, consuming a lot, learning a lot.

Meanwhile, I’ve been busy the last few years building Green Thumb and helping clients scale their companies to their unique potential.

So if you’ve got your own business or idea, or you care about reaching your own potential at work, or helping the company you work at reach its potential in a healthy, sustainable way, not with shortcuts and not at other people’s expense, that’s what Green Thumb is about.

I’m not going to start with a product or anything you can buy. I’m going to start by putting ideas out here, and hopefully help a few people take an insight and get themselves and their business a little closer to their potential.

If that’s interesting to you, subscribe. Let’s build a little community of people who want to scale things in a good, healthy, sustainable way.
